A policeman arrange 450 children's study and provide two meals per day!

About 1 million children all over the country collect food by begging. When It is so tough to arrange their 2 times meal, Then going to school or studying is nothing but luxury. A policeman from Rajasthan is standing beside such street children. He built a school in the Churu district of that state, where only street children are taught.

A few years ago, “Dharmabiraa Jakhara” the policeman finds that few children begging beside the police station. The scene shook him. Dharmabiraa Jakhara said, “When talked with them, I find out that they are all orphan”. For this, begging is the only pathway to arrange food. At first, I thought they were lying. Going to their suburbs and find out that they are telling the truth. I think that if they cannot go to school, then they will spend the rest of their life by doing this. So in my free time, I start teaching them about one hour every day.

The number of students continued to increase. In 2016 he made a school for them and name it “Apni Pathsala”. So far there are 450 students studying in that school. Not only teaching but also providing books for education. The school also provides their meals twice a day.

Dharmabira says, “It was not easy to bring these children to school. They had no special interest in studying. But when I trying to understand that, if you went to school you do not have to beg anymore. They can live a better life, Then there is a gradual Encouragement among them”

He also said “His school does not get any donations or assistance from the state government. The whole money comes from donations made by some social doner. He thinks, If these children get proper education, Then they can play an important role in the formation of society.
